Installation Process

When the time has come to get your auto glass replaced you have the right to choose any service provider you desire (ARS S 20-263). We accept ALL insurance companies and have agreed to their prices.

1. Get your information: All you need is your policy number; after a quick phone call to your insurance company, we can schedule service as soon as possible, in many cases that very same day. We will deal with the hassle of the insurance company at no cost to you. If your insurance will not cover the cost of your auto glass replacement, then you have the option of paying in cash, which we will quote for free. All you need to do is call us or fill out the quote form.

2. Schedule Service: We will search glass wholesalers to find you the best quality glass at the best prices, whether it’s OEM or aftermarket. We can send our mobile service to your home or work. We will usually schedule to service your vehicle the next day, but speedy service is available at no extra charge upon request. In many cases, depending the location, make and model of the car, we can provide same day service regardless.

3. Installation: Most windshield installations take about an hour, but since our mobile installers are out in the field we need four hour window of time when the vehicle will be in one place. If you’re often on the go and your vehicle doesn’t sit still for long, let us know and we can make it work around your schedule and get you back on the road. If you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle unlocked then we can schedule service and complete the work, locking up when we leave. You don’t even need to be present for the install if you don’t want to be. At New Vision Auto Glass we will work around your needs and get the job done right.
